About this product

With the 2009 being considered the best vintage in living memory, wines like this Clos des Jacobins are enjoying the ability to show exactly what appellations like Saint-Émilion can do. With a majority Merlot blend, Jacobins is a soft, fruit driven Saint-Emilion with some serious complexity. Ripe, fine grained tannin is a hallmark and in vintages like the 2009 this supporting structure will see the fine develop magnificently over the short to medium term.
