The Pinot Grigio is sourced from vineyards in the southern Fleurieu region around Mount Compass and provides delicate, aromatic fruit simply perfect for a crisp and clean Pinot Grigio. Flavours freshly cut pears with linear acidity make this wine perfect to be enjoyed with fritto misto, pan fried veal or simply as a refreshing aperitif.

Consume with a seafood banquet or gulp at the BBQ. Would enhsnce the flavour of a pork belly and sit nicely with an avocado dip. Good enough to bathe in..

For an extremely cheap wine it is amazing. It is a dry and relatively smooth tasting wine which is good as a basic dinner drink with fish or a vegetarian meal.
