About this product

Tim Adams Aberfeldy has always been a perfumed and muscular beast with great ability to age gracefully in the cellar. Here we have the 1997 Aberfeldy that is sourced from the 1.6 hectare Aberfeldy vineyard in the Clare Valley that was originally planted by Wendouree's Alfred Percy Birks in 1904. Aged for 24 in new American oak which calms the big seeded fruit down wonderfully to produce a wine immersed in blackberry and mocha flavours and aromas.
