This is splendidly composed and expressed, showing crème de cassis, Black Doris plum, cedar, violet and vanilla characters on the nose, leading to a concentrated palate that displays excellent depth and intensity. The wine is superbly ripe and rich, while remaining wonderfully balanced and structured with loads of attractive flavours. At its best: 2020 to 2030.

Very varietal, very pure cabernet fruit, with ripe cassis and mulberry, juicy berry succulence, good length and flow, and clean acid vibrancy. Fine tannins and great balance wrap the whole thing up neatly. A very good example of Coonawarra Cabernet.
