The Turkey Flat Vineyard boasts some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the world. Planted in 1847, these hard-working gnarled old vines are still producing fantastic grapes. Deep purple hue, Turkey Flat Shiraz 1997 boasts a dark purple hue with ripe plum, cedar and sweet vanilla oak on the nose. Its spiciness follows through to the palate where the combination of flavours gives a large bold mouthful.
