Kay Brothers Amery VineyardsBlock 6 Shiraz 2000
About this product
Kay Brothers Amery utilise the 4 acres remaining of the history Block 6 vineyard with expert results. The century old vineyard imparts a concentrated, rich, textured feel to the wines that have a propensity to age extremely well. Into its second decade of life, the 2000 Block 6 is showing those patient enough how good it can be. While there is still life in this iconic Shiraz still, it's drinking superbly today.

Medium to full red-purple; rich, ripe dark plum, prune, chocolate and earth aromas lead into a soft and plush fruit-driven palate, ripe but by no means jammy, and fine tannins aiding the excellent balance and length. From the four remaining acres of 108-year-old vines.
