David O'Leary and Nick Walker have gained themselves an unparalleled reputation for producing two of Australia's greatest, and most affordable, Rieslings with their Clare Valley pair of the Watervale and Polish Hill River. Here we have tucked the 2008 Watervale Riesling away for a few years in our climate controlled cellars and released it to you in prime drinking condition. Showing those aged notes of butterscotch and honey along with a nice clean acid line, this is the perfect bottle to enjoy with some spicy Asian cuisine.

Great to drink now and should age for a few more years at least. Generous nose and a textural palette of honey on toast. Could call it a winter white!
