This naturally fermenting sparkling wine is made from certified organic & biodynamic Chenin Blanc grapes from Margaret River. Grapes are picked, wild fermented in old oak barrels before being blended back to tank with a small addition of Shiraz juice. This ensures fermentation continues in the bottle & the party can get started! This wine receives no additions of tannin, acid or sulphur dioxide, its just grapes. Nothing else….
