About this product

Smooth with a hint of sweetness and complex herbal notes and spices leading to pleasant bitter notes that wake up the taste buds.
An aromatic mix of botanicals made up from the seed, roots, and barks of over 30 different plants that are macerated in a sweet fortified wine to achieve complex herbal notes.

Enjoy on its own or in your favourite cocktail. Try deglazing the pan after cooking to make a delicious sauce.

Just experimenting with this vermouth for making a negroni. Equal parts with gin & Campari does not balance. For my taste may need to reduce Campari to half measure. Fun trying
