This was just the kick my dessert needed to elevate it to the next level! Irish whiskey soaked brownie topped with dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate cremeau and slow roasted hazelnuts! Heaven!!!

I had never heard of this Whiskey before, so it was a bit of a chance purchase. It was a nice surprise, smooth and easy :) Made by Darby O'Gill hiself!, perhaps with a 'Little' help.
