It was the mid 1980s and on Mission Beach in San Diego, California, two friends and a 75 year old master brewer drew up plans for the first local craft brewery in San Diego since prohibition. In tribute to this grand dream, this IPA is named after that very location and is all hops from start to finish. Filling the kettle with powerful Chinook hops and then adding a blend of Cascade and Centennial hops after fermentation, this India Pale Ale is a vibrant citrus and pine dominated beer with a delicious dry and balanced finish.

Beautiful floral hop flavours with a crisp bitter bite. One of the best American style IPA's I've had. A good football drinking beer - 1 stubby per quarter.

Reminds me of hop thief but with a much cleaner Finnish with a hint of citrus that compliments the flavour , do yourself a favour and try a bottle.
