Napoleone Yarra Valley is a quality, artisan cider using the very best apple and pear varieties. The combination of fruit selected for this cider is used to enhance its complexity and flavour. The varieties include – Pink Lady, Fuji, Granny Smith apples with Packham’s Triumph and Beurre Bosc pears. All fresh fruit with no juice concentrate! Fermented using a Rhone Valley white wine yeast, this cider is produced in regular, fresh, small batches to ensure freshness.

I love this cider as it has a unique flavour and I love the fact that it is local to the yarra valley.

Trying different ciders at the moment and really liked the smooth refreshing taste. Don't like it too dry or sweet, this was toward the sweet end but really nice with no after taste.
