Innocent Bystander Moscato Sparkling Rosé is made from Black Muscat and Muscat Gordo grapes grown in Victoria. Delivering all the lush fruit, playful bubbles and easy-drinking charm Moscato lovers crave, while somehow still keeping things fresh and balanced. Deep watermelon pink in colour, this sparkling rosé wine bursts with aromas of fairy floss, blackcurrant, Turkish delight and mandarin peel. The palate is juicy and vibrant, layering wild strawberry, violets and honeycomb sweetness with refreshing bubbles and a clean lively finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Fruit was chilled and crushed before six hours of skin contact extracted the wine’s vivid pink hue and vibrant fruit character. Fermentation in stainless steel and Charmat fermentation preserved freshness and natural sparkle, with immediate cold bottling locking in the wine’s lively personality.
