This Novillo Temp is choc full of dark berries, liquorice and that traditional hint of cola. Simply delectable.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

89/11% tempranillo/graciano from a number of young blocks including the well-known Semmler vineyard in Lyndoch and the Mattschoss vineyard in Greenock. Ripe plum, blackberry and black cherry fruits; quite a deep aromatic profile for the variety. Medium bodied and spicy, with plenty of graciano acidic cut.
