The elite parcels of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon selected for Wolf Blass Black Label are brought together to form a perfect storm of concentrated power. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Shiraz sourced from Langhorne Creek contributed the complex flavours, richness and depth for the wine. Including the Shiraz sourced from McLaren Vale, which brings the bold plush berry and plum fruit with warm spice on the palate. These dominant grapes works harmoniously together resulting in a rich and concentrated wine that is beautiful to drink now or another decade or more with careful cellaring.
