About this product

This grape was given the name Muscat of Alexandria by the Romans due to its distinctive aroma akin to that of musk. True to its name this Sparkling Moscato Rosa has a small addition of Cienna that gives the wine lifted red berry aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a spicy perfume. The palate also shows these characters with a fruitiness balanced by citrus and a refreshing sparkling sensation.

When it comes to a Moscato, you can't go wrong with Brown Brothers, they have perfected it. Others often have a bit of harsh notes but never wines from this company.

Been trying a few new brands after my old favourite from De Bortolis seems to be discontinued. Pricewise it;s a little more but a good reliable flavour that is sweet enough.
