Wenjun dates back over 2000 years to the glory days of the West Han dynasty when Zhuo Wenjun opened a spirits shop named after herself. She made 'Bai Jiu' with pure and fresh spring water from a well in the backyard of her shop. 'Bai Jiu' is a unique style of distilled spirit from China, with over three millennia of history. Among the various families of 'Bai Jiu', none is more celebrated than the 'Nong Xiang Xing' or rich fragrance style, favoured by connoisseurs.
