The Taken Brave Chardonnay is sourced from the Adelaide Hills and is the perfect balance between driving acidity and structure and those wonderful, voluptuous Chardonnay flavours we've come back to in recent years.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
