A new and exciting sparkling wine is being produced from this pristine state all of the time and now the latest from Tassie icon, Andrew Pirie, is gracing our shelves. The Rosevears Non Vintage Cuvée is 100% estate grown fruit from the northern region of Tamar Valley and is a 60/40 Chardonnay Pinot Noir blend. Spending two and half years on lees, this energetic sparkling has zesty Granny Smith Apple and lemon citrus aromas with a bready, yeasty complexity to balance. The palate follows with similar apple notes with a touch of strawberry from the Pinot Noir and finishes delightfully clean with great persistence.
