The wine itself is a lovely example of cool-climate Australian Shiraz, a style that is becoming quite the darling of red wine lovers. Notes of blackcurrant, earthen spice and a raspberry lift on the finish that make this Shiraz the perfect Mediterranean food accompaniment.

Fermented in open and closed fermenters, 8 days on skins, minimal pumpovers to limit extraction, matured in French oak (16% new). An elegant medium-bodied wine with a mix of red and dark fruits exactly as intended. For the record, includes 6% cabernet.
