The fruit comes from the highest vineyard in the Clare Valley, Gaja. The wine is matured in French barrels then set down for a year. The result is an exceptionally fragrant wine with powerful, concentrated fruit flavours and strong, yet fin tannins.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
