Bulimba Gold Top was first brewed way back in 1898 next to what is now the Oxford Street Ferry Terminal in Bulimba. Carlton & United have decided to breath some new life into a beer that hasn't been spotted since the 1980s. For a very limited time, you can purchase Bulimba Top Gold in its retro packaging that still takes its lead from the local Bulimba football team.

I am not a beer drinker but my partner is and he really likes Gold Top and even his mates think it is a good beer to drink when they try it.

Tastes Nothing Like VB Pale Ale

It's hard to tell what the flavour is closest to in CUB's stable. Different alcohol by volume to VB Pale. Well chilled, it's definitely a drinkable drop, and tastes like a pale ale. Nice summer beer.
