This Normandy Cider comes the historic Cidrerie, Domaine Familial Louis Dupont, and is a delicious example of the northern French style. Owners of 74 acres of premium orchards, Dupont have 13 varieties of cider apple growing in nutrient poor soils of clay and marl, perfect for producing small, intensely flavoured cider apples. The Cider itself is a rich golden yellow colour with hints of orange. Aromas follow with cooked apple and suggestion of leather which leads into the palate of cooked apple once again and nice finish hinting at caramel.
