Current owners, Michael and Ann Bourke, stumbled upon this gem of a property in 2010 and fell in love with the vineyard that was planted back in 1993. Their Sparkling Shiraz is made in the Methode Traditional method and is a bold and exciting rendition of an Australian favourite.
