Truly French in its style, thick and sl viscous, lovely expression of fruit handled well. Best to be had well chilled rather than putting an ice cube in it!

Not as fruit-forward as its NZ Sauvignon Blanc counterparts, but well-balanced with tertiary aromas/flavours! Profile of citrus, chalk, pineapple, passionfruit, chamomile, and herbs (kinda like oregano).
