Dry, Medium Bodied style of Sauvignon BlancBellarine and Moorabool Valley fruit 10% on skins for a week and a mix of barrel and tank fermentation and maturation. A deepish, bright gold with green tinges. Richer and more powerful than last year's version. A little mango to go with the white peach, greengages and gentle, jalapeño grassy notes. Textured and flavourful with crisp acidity rounding out a wine to drink and enjoy now.
