Dulce de leche is a sweet Latin American confection, similar to caramel. The same dulce de leche has been used in this delicious ale to bring a tasteful balance of sweet and savoury flavours. Vanilla Bean and Himalayan rock salt compliment the Dulce de leche whilst building the body of the ale.
