This was distilled in 1985 and matured in a refill sherry hogshead. Released as a Family Cask in 2007, this single cask Glenfarclas is an elegant, fruity dram. Notes of cooked apples and pears. Touch of warm pastry, spice. Oak. The palate is thick with honey, jam and nuts with a pinch of pepper.
