Named after a local Broome clergyman who was known for his love of fine food and beverages, Smokey Bishop is a unique dark lager that is only made in small batches with the finest ingredients available to the expert crew at Matso's. Flavours of subtle chocolate with touches of espresso and mocho with a nice aromatic hop accent.
