After visiting Lisbon in the 1960s, Terry and his wife, Wendy, knew it was the Mediterranean lifestyle that they long for. This connected feeling with family and the land shines in this Sauvignon Blanc that is vibrant, racing and full of delightful fruit flavours. The difference is the textural nature of this delicious wine. After a large proportion being barrel fermented, the wine is aged for an extended perioud of 8 months on lees adding further complexity.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
