A rich, deep and concentrated Shiraz that has wonderful flavours of rum and raisin, pepper, spicy oak and lifted violets. While so dramatically powerful to the palate now, the wine will develop over the next decade or more.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Strong colour; a medium-bodied wine with a seamless fusion of ripe satsuma plum, spice, pepper and quality French oak. Great care was taken in the vineyard, and the wine was matured in mostly new French 500L puncheons replacing barriques.
