Cerise Gin 500mL

A fresh botanical blend including juniper berries, hibiscus rosella and orange zest is blended with local Peninsula cherries and raspberries to create a light, summery gin. A velvety finish with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of Turkish delight. 

Bass & Flinders Distillery distil their own spirit from local wine in an Alembic Pot Still. This gives the spirit its unique quality and smooth texture.

This spirit is then vapour infused with a unique combination of botanicals. Cherries and raspberries are also introduced to create a vibrant pink Cerise Gin.

Perfectly served in fruit driven cocktails, or with Elderflower tonic garnished with lime.
