Medium dry aromas suggesting caster sugar, fruit mince pie, raisin slice, vanilla, oak shavings and later, hints of Turkish Delight. A green, caney profile. Follows with a soft surge of rum sweetness, white pepper warmth and vanilla oak. Ends delicately bittersweet, caney, mildly tannic and dry.
