Made from the popular dark skinned local grape, primitivo, in the Salento region of Puglia, this wine impresses with deep, rich flavours of dark cherry, prunes and heady notes of rosemary, sweet spices and a vanilla undertone. A full-bodied, intense wine, soft and balanced, easy to drink.

Jeff your a Stooge 1 Star from you , you have no idea of good wine. Stick to your beer its all you know. this wine is so good its value for money Fantastic.

Exceeding my expectations. The one star review on here really is ridiculous and rude. I cannot stop raving about how much I love this Italian wine. No headache and flavours as the label states.

Has all the flavours exactly as described. Lots of flavour, decent acid and tannins. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to try Italian wine.
