This very special cider is the result of a collaboration between Willie Smith’s Cider Makers and Tasmania’s and one of the world’s best Whisky makers, Sullivans Cove Distillery. Aged for 16 months in hand selected French oak barrels used previously by Sullivans Cove to age their 12-year-old whisky has produced a unique, deeply aromatic and structured cider.
