Built upon a classic and lower alcohol straw-coloured Farmhouse Ale, this beer is naturally soured using La Sirene's house microbes then allowed to ferment very dry with 100 percent locally grown Oranges for a citrus burst. Expect aromatics of creamy citrus with bright Orange top notes whilst on the palate, it is a fruity number that it unmistakably Orange flesh and sherbet.

This is quite possibly the best sour beer, if not beer as a whole I have ever had. Its lingering citrus flavours and aromas reeled me and were greatly complimented by its sour fruity taste. A true sour beer which should be enjoyed by all. I

A great sour. Lot's of zing and a great and extremely refreshing. I wish all sours were this good. The best I've had. It's a shame I only bought one can as it disappeared rather quickly leaving me wanting another. Very moorish!
