About this product

Recommended food pairings: Serve with crumbed and grilled sardines and a squeeze of lemon. Also try it with a large smoked trout ravioli that is finished in a pan with olive oil, capers and some diced chilli.

Growing Conditions: Predominantly from our Banksdale vineyard located in the upper King Valley.

Winemaker: Geoff Alexander

Winemaking notes: The fruit was harvested and loaded directly to the press with initial oxidative handling to achieve a vibrant white wine colour and avoid any pink hues. It was then racked and fermented in tank under protective conditions and cool temperature to preserve aromatic qualities. There was also a small amount of partial lees contact and stirring in tank to aid in mouth feel and complexity. It was bottled with an alcohol of 9% a T.A. of 5.5g per l and a pH of 3.5.
