About this product

Over 35 botanicals give an array of fruity to spicy aromas, then finishing with a herbal bitter after taste. A beautiful balance of the sweetness of the wine and the bitterness of the Sweet Italian Vermouth herbs.
Great for drinking and mixing, or can be used as a cooking ingredient to create some flavoursome sauces.

Very pleasant vermouth taste with quite a bite! Not necessary to cool it down. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, or a touch of something with star anise extract to go that extra taste-mile. Cheers
