Figure Head Blonde Ale Can 375mL

Using all Australian ingredients, Figure Head Blonde Ale is reminiscent of a true German style Pilsner with a Wilson family twist. Light bodied, with a white head & smooth spritzy mouthfeel. Pilsner ‘esque’ aromatics come from the majority malt grain bill, with a small amount of wheat adding a slight biscuit aroma. The single Ella hop addition early in the boil & again later, combined with summer hops, provides thirst quenching bitterness to balance the malty backbone. Moderate fruity esters float over the palate 
from the ale fermentation temperature.
