Plenty of vim and vigour in this bright, floral, dry bubbly from Veneto. There's a touch of "sherbert bomb" as the bubbles work overtime in the glass. It's up front, zesty black currant, apple and citrus notes are fresh and crisp. The mousse is rich and lasting, and the flavour is long.
