A delightful twist on our classic Sparkling Ale, this limited edition beer showcases Coopers expertise in top fermentation and natural can conditioning. With a rich golden colour and cloudy appearance, our Botanic Ale features fruity and floral hop aromas enhanced by appealing pine and peppery notes from the infusion of juniper. Dry hopping provides orange peel notes balanced by a crisp finishing bitterness. 5.8% ABV; 36 IBU.

An interesting twist on sparkling ale especially the hints of pepper. Very nice ale to sit down with and enjoy. Coopers does it again.
