Proudly vegan, organic, and partnered with Carbon8 to support soil regeneration and sustainability. Varietal, expressive Cabernet with aromas of red fruits, herbs, and mocha oak. Fresh, medium-bodied palate of blackcurrant, olive, and mulberry, finishing long with soft tannins and bright acidity. Perfect with lamb shanks and olive mash.
