This brew is dedicated to Ryu, hero of Street Fighter. Ryu means 'plentiful and abundant', which coincidentally, is also how we would describe the hop levels in this beer. Hadouken charges of energy from Cryo-hops make for Shoryuken levels of hop intensity, tempered by gentle spicy notes from the malted rye.

Mountain goat rye fighter - Texture flavour balance length of flavour bitterness sweetness aromatics colour abv head are all so appealing and crafted so well together. Top job guys n gals keep it up.
