Enjoy an authentic Tom Collins cocktail without the hard work!
How to Prepare:

1. Fill the bottle with gin
2. *Let it infuse for minimum 3-5 hrs
3. Strain a generous shot of infused mix into a chilled glass then top up with tonic water

*Refrigerate after adding alcohol. Best consumed within two weeks of infusion.

Made this infusion over the weekend and it was delicious, the flavours really come through the gin. Hope this isn't a limited edition run and the infusions are here to stay.
