The inspiration for Goose Island Midway IPA came from the Chicago World's Fair of 1893. At the heart of the expo was the Midway Plaisance a mile-long park with games and amusements for everyone. In that spirit, Midway Session IPA is a beer with hop character that can be embraced by all, not just hop heads. An easier drinking IPA: Tropical and citrus hop aromas, smooth malty backbone and pine hop finish.

A great milder IPA full of flavour

A flavourful IPA that is smooth and has great aroma. When you’re in the mood for a milder IPA this is a great beer. Highly recommend.

I am really into the mid strength IPA's (session IPA) these days. I tried Goose Island Mid IPA at a local bar called Tapworks (Chermside, Brisbane). It was very nice perhaps a little under hopped for me but still good for a couple of rounds
