A classic Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine produced by the traditional method. The blend of current vintage and older Reserve Chardonnay and a small percentage of Pinot Noir blanc de noir base wines, underwent secondary yeast ferment in this bottle. Hand disgorged, using aged brandy and fortified wine in the Expedition Liqueur to give good body, length, and persistence. A complex style to suit any festive occasion. Residual sugar approximately 9g/L.
