Aberfeldy is Tim Adam's flagship red, and a Clare Valley icon. Stuffed full of meaty, dark berried, ironstone-spined flavour, succulent and layered, it's a wine that impresses with latent power and mature plushness. As it's approaching its peak drinking window we have decided to release it from our curated cellaring program. The world can now enjoy a famous Clare Shiraz at the top of its game.
