Here’s the list, citrusy flavours, pristine stone fruit, ginger spice, creamy lees and lightly toasty, attractive cedary oak offering savoury inputs. And the length, very good length thanks to the acidity. That means all the boxes have been ticked for a most excellent chardonnay.
