Hand-picked, chilled, whole-bunch pressed direct to French oak for wild fermentation (no mlf), much work involved in topping up the barrels once fermentation was finished. An attractive, well made wine with above average texture to its white fleshed stone fruit and pink grapefruit, the finish long, well balanced and cleansing.

Creamy light tropical fruit notes of mango kulfi with stonefruit and cashew complexity. A very enjoyable chardonnay, uncluttered by oak and batting way above the average at this price.
