Singlesite Riesling 2017

Vibrant aromas of citrus blossom and lemon zest. Subtle flintiness wraps around a tight austere backbone which adds to the intriguing complexity on the nose.  The mouth feel is fleshy with a delicate talky texture highlighting the wines unique structure. The palate zips along with a crisp mineral backbone surrounded by limes and green apple. The balanced acidity is narrow and focused throughout the palate with a lingering minerally finish.
